I did it again.

I forgot to post this recipe here on the blog, which a lot of you fitness freaks told me you like come to for #cleaneats (aka Healthy Food).

 

CARBS ARE NOT THE ENEMY!

Potatoes are not the enemy!

I can think of a lot worse things for you to eat…that maybe you already DO eat. This is a one-ingredient food; meaning, there’s nothing added to it (not counting the spices) as it is JUST potatoes and not a manufactured food product.

Strive to eat most of your meals as one-ingredient, homemade foods and you will see your health soar!
