Want to take your muffins (or other appropriate baked goods) to the NEXT LEVEL health and taste-wise?

OF COURSE YOU DO!

Well, I’m going to list off as many things as I can think of that I have added successfully to my mixes -whether they’re from scratch or “box”. (Let’s be real, even if the mix is store bought, I STILL modify, change and add…)

I try and add at least 4-5 things from the list, which usually ends up being chosen because it’s what I have on hand.

I also use avocado or grapeseed oil to cook with instead of other vegetable oils or even olive oil – in a pinch, I’ll use coconut oil or ghee. (Take a look at my post on Healthy Cooking HERE or any of a number of posts here on the blog )

It goes without saying that all of these items can be found organic so choose wisely when you have the opportunity!
